鲜橙茴香沙拉

This week at Annies kitchen Chef Alex will show us a delicious idea to make a fresh salad different from the usual, but still tasty and exciting!

So tie your aprons and lets have a look at our fennels and oranges salad!

那么系好围裙,我们来做这个鲜橙茴香沙拉吧!


Lets start!

准备好就开始吧!

 

To start, take a capacious bowl and fill it up with ice cubes. Slice up a lemon and squeeze all the juice inside.

首先,我们找一个较大的容器,放些冰块,然后把柠檬切开,把柠檬汁全部挤到碗里。

Wash the fennels with some water and slice them very thinly, placing them in the bowl with the ice and the lemon juice while you prepare the other ingredients.

把茴香洗净后切成非常薄的薄片,放到带有冰块和柠檬汁的水里,然后再准备其他材料。

(Chef tip: this procedure will prevent your fennels from turning dark during the whole preparation).

(厨房小贴士:这个步骤是为了准备其它食材时防止茴香变色,且保证口感凉脆)。


Peel the orange very carefully, taking care to peel off the segments from the fresh.

把橙子皮去掉,然后再把里面的筋去掉,只留鲜橙肉。

Take another bowl and start to prepare the dressing for the salad: pour some red wine vinegar, some olive oil, salt, pepper and some of the orange juice.Drain the sliced fennels and mix them with the dressing.

另取一个碗来,准备沙拉酱汁,倒入一些红酒醋、橄榄油、盐、胡椒和橙汁。

把茴香捞出沥干水分,和调好的酱汁拌在一起。

Chop up the black olives, together with the raisins and add them to the fennels. Add the oranges slices, some pine nuts and mix everything together.

把黑橄榄和葡萄干一起切碎,然后再把切好的橙块和松子全部都跟茴香放到一起拌均。

Place the salad on a serving plate and decorate.

最后把拌好的沙拉装到一个漂亮的盘子里,再做个装饰。
